I don’t know why it’s taken so long for this utility to appear. Taskbar Shuffle does one thing very well: it lets you rearrange your Windows taskbar buttons by dragging and dropping them. No UI, no hot keys, no charge. Fabulous!

"The Taskbar Shuffle" is one of my alltime favorite Springsteen songs! It's on the album "The Wild, the Innocent and the Taskbar Shuffle."
The lack of taskbar rearranging has been bothering me for as long as I've been using Windows. Thanks for the tip!

It's totally great. I now find myself wishing it was present in the Gnome window manager also, so I can have it on my linux boxes.
