Perforce support

We’ve been using Perforce for almost four months, and it’s gone very smoothly. Unfortunately, we had a perplexing problem the other day: how to gain admin privileges if no one at the company already had them.

I sent an email to Perforce support, and within an hour I had an answer: detailed instructions that solved the problem. Fabulous. Highly recommended.


Also, the call center is unbelievable. The folks that they have there staffing are quite knoledgeable about the product. None of the "I will contact the developer(s) and get back to you" jazz.

I have called on four different occasions with fairly complicated questions. Each time I came away satisfied (even when the answer was "I'm sorry, but you cannot do that". At least is was a definitive answer)
