Coverage.py v3.2

Coverage.py v3.2 is done. Branch coverage works great, and the HTML report now has clickable columns (thanks to Chris Adams), as well as other improvements.

I just came across coverage.py when looking for a test-coverage measurement tool and it basically do everything I need, the way I need.

Have been following this on the TIP mailing list... it's awesome to finally have branch coverage!!!
