Blameall.py

A year ago, I wished for svn blame all. I didn't find anything that could do it, so I wrote my own: blameall.py.

That's very nice Ned! I was just thinking to myself earlier today, that I better leave that code commented out, instead of deleting it because I'll never remember which revision contained it if I needed it in the future.

Thanks! I'm off to delete some blocks of commented out code now!
